FLAT CERAMIC MEMBRANE

The flat ceramic membrane is made of inorganic alumina (Al2O3), and its filtration accuracy reaches 0.1μm. It is a highly water permeable microfiltration membrane. Therefore, it is more energy-saving and stable filtration equipment, and its service lifetime is longer than the organic molecular membrane.
1.A rectangular hollow water channel design is applied to out-to-in filtration method.

 

2.The flat ceramic membrane adopts cross-flow filtration technique to produce filtered water, and the deposition of particulates trapped within the membrane surface develop into the filter cake layer.

The pore size of 0.1μm has high filtration accuracy for clarification and separation of suspension solid, organic substance and microbe.
